Alarmy and Scamper both make you prove you're awake. Alarmy does it with missions such as math, shaking, squats, photos and barcodes, on iPhone and Android. Scamper does it with an NFC tag away from your bed, locks your apps until you scan, and collects no data, on iPhone only.
