Scamper, the iPhone alarm for heavy sleepers, is free to start: one alarm, one tag and every safety exit. Plus costs US$24.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, US$4.99 a month or US$49.99 once. Family is US$39.99 a year for up to 6 people. These are the prices at launch.

When a trial or plan ends
Nothing is deleted. Scamper keeps the alarm that rings soonest switched on and pauses the rest, and Bedtime lock switches off. Your bedtime, apps, tags and settings stay saved and come back if you subscribe again.
Devices
Free covers one iPhone. Plus and Family cover up to 5 devices on each Apple Account, kept in sync.
Family is yearly only
At launch, Family is sold as a yearly plan only (US$39.99/year). There's no monthly or lifetime Family plan.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Plus yearly and Family yearly start with 7 days free. Cancel in your App Store subscriptions before it ends and you won't be charged.
Are safety features ever paid?
No. The emergency unlock, Walk it off, Mute and the already-up and away-from-home checks are free on every plan, forever.
Is Siri part of Plus?
No. Siri and Shortcuts work on every plan. Widgets and the morning card are part of Plus.
Why are the prices in US dollars?
Scamper's prices are set in US dollars. The App Store sets the price in your country and currency, including local taxes.
