The morning card: your day, once you're up

Updated

After you scan your tag or walk it off, Scamper shows a morning card: how fast you got up, your streak, today's weather, your first calendar event and how long you slept. You choose which sources to turn on. They're read on your iPhone and never stored or sent to us. The morning card is part of Plus.

What's on it

  • Up in: how long it took you to get from alarm to tag.
  • Your streak.
  • Weather: the temperature now, today's high and low, and a heads-up when rain is likely.
  • Your first calendar event today.
  • Last night's sleep, from the Health app.

Only after a real wake-up

The card appears when you get up by scanning or walking it off, within 10 minutes. Stopping an alarm the normal way doesn't bring it up.

Where the data comes from

  • Weather: Apple's WeatherKit, for your home point (or one location fix if you haven't set a home), rounded to about 1 km. Apple receives that rounded location to answer.
  • Calendar: read on your iPhone with your permission. Scamper never adds or changes events.
  • Sleep: read from Health on your iPhone. Scamper never writes to Health.

None of it is stored by Scamper or sent to us. Each source is optional, and one you leave off simply isn't shown.
